LAKE FOREST/LAKE BLUFF COMMUNITY CALENDAR 1 September 2008, Monday Labor Day Art Fair on the Square Time: 10:00am - 5:00pm The Deer Path Art League's 54th Art Fair on the Square will be held in historic Market Square at Deer Path and Western Avenue, Lake Forest, IL. The art festival is a highly rated well-attended event of long standing. The Art Fair on the Square is the Deer Path Art League's signature event. The art festival helps to fulfill their mission to bring the visual arts to the community. This year 180 artists will be selected to participate. These artists are selected through a jury process after reviewing submitted images of their art. Last year over 600 national and international artists from across the United States applied to participate in this event. Admission is free.
