Camerata Singers
 |
The season begins with a wonderfully eclectic mix of Christmas music, Camerata style! German baroque composer Hasse's delightful "Magnificat" will feature soloists and pianist Janet Eckhardt. Two contemporary carols by women composers are sure to touch your heart. Traditional carols with a new twist include "Deck the Halls" and "Silent Night" as recorded by the Singers Unlimited. And it wouldn't be Christmas with Camerata without carols from other countries, spirituals and a little jazz. Let us wish you "A Very Camerata Christmas!"
Ticket prices for this year will be $69/person for a 3-concert series, $50/person for a 2-concert series (you pick the dates) and $28/person for a single concert. The ticket price includes an elegant reception with wine, appetizers and desserts. All concerts are on Sunday afternoons, with performances at 2:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. unless stated otherwise. Guests for the 5:00 p.m. concert arrive at 4:00 p.m. to participate in the reception.
